Because every Energy Seal is individually personalized and prepared specifically for each customer, personalized ritual items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes:

• Personalized Energy Seals
• Custom ritual preparations
• Name-written ritual items

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly assist you.

Non-personalized items, such as ritual pendants and accessories, may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with proof of purchase.

During the holiday season, orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may qualify for an extended exchange window for eligible non-personalized items.
